Commercial Graduate Trainee

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd is seeking a Commercial Graduate Trainee to join its team. This exciting opportunity offers a graduate the chance to start their career in a fast-paced commercial role and gain hands-on experience in sales.

You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learn about key areas of the business, market and product range, and develop skills in sales account management, marketing initiatives, and website management. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to move into a field sales role, where you will travel and build strong relationships with B2B customers across the North West.

The company offers a competitive £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonuses, full training, ongoing development, and opportunities for progression. You will also be eligible for optional membership to the company's excellent pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
