Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Profitec business unit. As a key member of our operations team, you will report directly to the company Head of Commercial and be based in our Cookstown office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of multiple projects from tender handover to final account
  • Monitor and control costs within the operations teams
  • Manage cash flow and sales forecasting
  • Prepare and negotiate contract documents
  • Review and assess sub-contract certificates
  • Attend internal and external meetings
  • Mentor and develop junior commercial and project delivery team personnel
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant Cost/Commercial subject
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in IT, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in cost reporting and forecasting
