Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their independence, complete personal care, and engage in activities that bring them joy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals to engage in activities, such as hobbies, social events, and outings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
