Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Vehicle Repair Manager to join Mr Clutch Autocentres and lead our service team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of technicians and support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior management role in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
