Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing high standards of resident care within our care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and positive role modeling to the unit team, ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust and ensure all care records, risk assessments, and audit measures are up-to-date.
  • Ensure all nursing staff provide an appropriate care plan written with the resident and document their progression against these in care notes.

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.

What We Offer:

  • An excellent salary of £21.25 per hour and an annual salary of £42,542.50.
  • A permanent full-time role working 38.5 hours a week.
