Job Purpose

The Technology Strategy team at LG Technology Ltd is responsible for driving strategic technology assessments across our European operations. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to provide rigorous analysis and guidance on technology investments and operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support due diligence and transition planning for M&A and venture investments
  • Deliver detailed technology strategy assessments and techno-economic analysis
  • Develop network investment strategies for mobile, cable, and FTTH networks
  • Engage with internal and external subject matter experts to support technology assessments
  • Provide technology strategy insights to partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct argument analysis and sensitivity analysis to inform technology choices
Essential Skills & Abilities
  • Experience in evaluating technology options and informing strategy
  • Deep knowledge of technical fields, including cable, XGSPON, mobile, and telecom infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of economics associated with related architectures and technologies
Desirable Skills & Abilities
  • Objective, critical, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle complexity and prioritize business needs
  • Results-oriented and comfortable with enterprise-level decision making
Preferred Education/Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, or able to demonstrate similar ability from industrial experience
