This includes our website, advertising, and print channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, UX Design, Graphic Design, and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective content that supports our mission to raise income and support our work around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, user-centred content that meets our brand's tone and style guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions and optimize content performance
  • Design and deliver workshops to map user journeys and review content as part of the content production process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design
Requirements
  • Proven track record of high-quality copywriting and/or significant editorial experience
  • Clear understanding of content design best practice
  • Experience using data and insights to write user-centred content and user journey maps
  • Confidence running workshops and championing content design best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
