Job Description:

The Clinical Governance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our Clinical Quality Strategy and developing integrated governance and risk arrangements. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide assurance regarding clinical quality to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of our Clinical Quality Strategy;
  • Leading the development of integrated governance and risk arrangements;
  • Providing assurance regarding clinical quality to stakeholders;
  • Developing a trust-wide programme for quality improvement;
  • Acting as a source of independent advice and arbitration in matters of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in clinical governance and quality improvement;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Band and Location:

This role offers a Band 8b salary and is based in Cambridgeshire. Hybrid working options are available.
