Project Quantity Surveyor Job Description

At Mile Asset Management Limited, we are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Romford. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial execution of new multi-utility connections and EV Charging projects throughout their construction journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in understanding and highlighting the financial performance of their projects.
  • Drive the forecast/cost to complete process with Project Managers to communicate variances to budget to Project Finance as early as possible.
  • Provide detailed financial information to the Project Finance team for budget amendments and production of month-end management reports.
  • Regularly review project invoicing to ensure timely issue of customer invoices.
  • Liaise with the Streetworks team to understand Civil Subcontractor costs and ensure any anomalies are swiftly actioned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
  • HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent discipline.
  • Anti-bribery training.
