About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cook to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mobile Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals for our patients, staff, and visitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Cook, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Assisting with menu planning and food ordering
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality food service
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A foundation certificate in food hygiene level 2
  • Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
  • Understanding of current food safety legislation
  • Experience of working in a kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
