About the Role:

Flooid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality deliverables for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Assurance Team: Pro-actively lead a team of quality analysts and engineers to ensure all process improvements are adhered to.
  • Develop Quality Assurance Practices: Support the Head of Quality Engineering in designing, managing, and maintaining all quality assurance practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics.
  • Release Test Management: Manage the release testing process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and quality assurance.
  • Testing Frameworks: Design and implement testing frameworks, test infrastructure, and tools to perform full end-to-end testing of products.
  • Certifications: Participate in maintaining and improving existing company-wide certifications (BSI 9001 & ISO 27001).
  • Quality Gates: Ensure all quality gates are upheld throughout the full lifecycle of a project.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team of QA experts in assuring end-to-end testing of extensive products.
  • Process Implementation: Experience in implementing and shaping a QA process for a project.
  • Project Management: Understanding of project management processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hands-on management, solid knowledge of testing techniques, and experience in functional and non-functional validation of enterprise-level software.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in managing other testers, functions, managing large and complex activities, and processes.
