Job Title: Solicitor to Financial Compliance

At AJ FOX COMPLIANCE, we are seeking an experienced Risk Lawyer to join our dynamic team in London.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of risk-focused PQE and extensive knowledge of legal/regulatory compliance gained from a leading, international law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to senior management on a variety of legal matters
  • Ensure the firm's compliance with relevant laws and regulations in operational and business activities
  • Answer team-wide queries relating to conflicts, ethics, financial crime, professional standards, etc
  • Mitigate legal risks and implement strategies to aid in future prevention
  • Provide support for potential claims against the firm or its lawyers
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding a partner's legal relationship with the firm (changes, departures, etc)
