
Event Planning and Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled Training Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, review, administration, and coordination of a portfolio of public training events.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Leicester office with a hybrid work arrangement. You can expect a salary of £29,000 per annum, plus benefits such as performance-related bonuses, life assurance, additional holiday purchase, health cash plan, subsidised gym memberships, cycle to work scheme, discount vouchers, and access to wellbeing resources.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and networks within the industry, influencing the success of impactful training events. You will encounter situations that require quick, independent problem-solving and resilience.
- Lead the planning, review, administration, and coordination of a portfolio of public training events.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, co-hosts, venues, speakers, and suppliers to foster seamless training event support.
- Monitor and evaluate client feedback to support continuous improvement and keep management updated on relevant developments.
- Manage Salesforce cases and ensure efficient resolution of client queries.
- Monitor and schedule courses to ensure feasibility and manage department reporting for senior management.
- Take responsibility for learning any new systems or software to support the team's efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven line management experience, significant experience managing and coordinating training events across various formats (virtual, in-person), and advanced Excel skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment are also essential.
