About the Role
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for the management and improvement of the supply chain function within our organization, specifically to develop and lead the supply chain team on delivering a feasible supply plan to meet customer expectations, while managing a set of supply chain KPIs.

About the Team
The team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and be able to lead a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and integrate all recommended planning processes to the standardized expected Way of Working (WOW).Manage the various aspects of supply chain activities, ensuring the delivery of value-add service to the business, including inventory management, supply planning, warehousing/logistics strategies (where applicable), raw material strategy, scheduling, transport, and new product execution.Deliver agreed Supply Chain KPIs and process compliance with Kerry WOW and drive process improvement to best practice.Lead a team of direct reports in a day-to-day context and from an employee development viewpoint.End-to-end inventory management and stock control.Review business performance to plan.Manage Supply Chain budget and identify opportunities to reduce cost.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant business experience. Additional postgraduate educational achievements are highly desirable.
