The Doncasters Group is seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee the department and play a vital role in the wider Finance function. As a key member of the team, you will have oversight of the department and be responsible for managing a team of 4. Your expertise will be crucial in driving process improvements, ensuring the effective management of the Group's long-term funding strategy, and mitigating foreign exchange and interest rate risks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Group's long-term funding strategy and ensuring adequate and cost-effective financing.

• Managing liquidity and providing accurate cash flow reporting.

• Mitigating foreign exchange and interest rate risks through strategic management and hedging.

• Conducting daily reviews and controls of global cash management processes.

• Utilizing electronic banking platforms for efficient transaction management.

• Trading and analysing treasury instruments, including FX products, letters of credit, guarantees, and interest rate/metal price hedges.

• Performing cash flow forecasting analysis for each site, with weekly review calls to update forecasts.

• Ensuring compliance with Group reporting requirements, including covenant reporting, loan document adherence, and debtor/inventory analysis.

• Preparing monthly Treasury reports for the board.

• Managing banking and treasury controls, including user access and bank mandates.
