Job Summary:

The Reward Manager will play a key role in transforming the organisation's compensation offering, working closely with Senior and Executive leaders to develop and implement a cohesive pay structure, harmonise current variances, and create performance-related bonus and incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a more cohesive pay structure, ensuring alignment with commercial and wider people goals.
  • Harmonise current variances to terms and conditions, ensuring consistency across the business.
  • Develop performance-related bonus and incentive plans, driving engagement and motivation.
  • Write board reports for 2025 pay and bonus plans, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Review current and future benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Create a Reward strategy in line with commercial and wider people goals, driving business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to demonstrate the impact of Reward & Benefits on the bottom line.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with Senior and Executive leaders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and improve existing processes.
