Our Construction and Engineering Team

Our Construction and Engineering team is one of the most established and respected in the Eastern region. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice, we act for a wide range of clients, including public and private sector organizations, funders, developers, contractors, and consultants. Our team is known for its expertise in non-contentious and contentious construction matters, including industry standard form contracts and bespoke forms of contract.

The Role

We are seeking a specialist non-contentious or mixed non-contentious and contentious construction lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the law and be able to think commercially and analytically. They will have a good understanding of industry standard form contracts, including JCT and NEC, and experience in non-contentious and contentious construction advice. The successful candidate will be able to provide accurate and practical advice to clients, and have a strong interest in business development.
