About the Job:

  • Develop product playbooks that provide a comprehensive overview of Edenred PayTech's B2B services, including client responsibilities, integration guides, and prerequisites.
  • Create other documentation (such as release notes, FAQs, and user manuals) to support the product release process.
  • Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to ensure relevant content is produced.
  • Edit and proof-read content created by others before publication.
  • Maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Establish and communicate guidelines for content creation to ensure consistency, correctness, and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and product developers to ensure features are clearly communicated.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work with international clients and 3rd parties in a customer-facing capacity.
