About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Head of International Sports Talent Sales in our London office. As a key member of our Sports Talent Sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing complex diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Head of International Sports Talent Sales' schedule, including diary management and meeting bookings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses
- Prepare presentations and reports as directed
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including CAA employees, business guests, clients, and brand executives
- Provide administrative support to the Sports Talent Sales Agents on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Previous PA experience
- Professional manner with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with a busy workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong confidential work ethic
