Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher to teach a Year 3 class in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a creative and imaginative approach to teaching, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to a Year 3 class
  • Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Experience of teaching in a Primary school setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
