Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, lubrication, and cleaning
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
  • Conduct daily and weekly maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment
  • Contribute to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process
  • Support new installations and upgrades to improve plant performance

Requirements:

  • Electrically orientated with an understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Good working knowledge of ABB Robotics
  • Ability to clearly read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings during problem-solving
  • 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations and sound knowledge of PLCs (Siemens)
  • Apprentice-trained with relevant qualifications
