About the Job: As a GCSE Performing Arts teacher at Wayman Group, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  2. Assess and record student achievement, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  3. Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Performing Arts teaching qualification with QTS.
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of curriculum requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £45,000 - £65,000, based on location and experience.
