Key Responsibilities:- Implement the EYFS curriculum, providing high-quality learning environments and experiences.
- Plan and execute activities based on children's interests and developmental needs, recording progress.
- Conduct observations and assessments of children, tracking their progress and supporting individual needs.
- Maintain high-quality interactions with children, promoting positive behavior and inclusion.
- Develop professional relationships with parents and collaborate with external agencies to support children's needs.
- Fulfill the Key Person role, building strong relationships with a group of children and ensuring effective implementation of the key person system.
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures and conduct risk assessments.
- Manage paperwork efficiently and contribute to team meetings and professional development.
- Support new starters, such as apprentices, and contribute to team meetings and professional development.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
- Level 2 English and maths qualifications.
- Current safeguarding training.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- Willingness to undertake further relevant training.
- DBS check (required).
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Experience planning for children's individual needs using the EYFS framework.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
