About the Role

GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team at the Dunelm site in Stoke.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, and a workplace pension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Proactively support site and customer continuous improvement initiatives, promoting cultural change and best practices
  • Ensure all operational processes are compliant with health and safety policies, identifying and escalating risks as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning and reporting tools
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a team leader/first line manager in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team, identifying areas for development and recognizing success
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining a positive and productive team culture
