About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Searchability (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving bid strategy and securing new services business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a bid role and be familiar with working in a marketing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving comprehensive, high-value bid processes from start to finish, achieving national win and retention targets, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid and pursuit process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bid strategies that drive business growth
  • Manage and lead bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform bid decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a bid or marketing role
  • Proven track record of success in bid management and proposal writing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
