Lettings Estate Agent Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Chancellors as a Lettings Estate Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is target-driven and tenacious. You will need to have previous sales and customer service experience, be able to work effectively within a team, and display high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
  • Have a polite and confident telephone manner
  • Manage your time effectively to maximize appointment and activity levels
  • Attend all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

  • Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives
