In this role, you will be responsible for the dietetic management of adult diabetes patients under the care of the specialist diabetes team. Key responsibilities include providing evidence-based dietetic diabetes nutrition services, developing and delivering specialist education programs for patients, and working closely with the Diabetes Team to provide a high-quality proactive service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a positive impact on patient care. The successful candidate will have a BSc Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification, previous experience as a Diabetes Dietitian, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

With a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
