Job Title: Confluence Kafka SME

About the Role:

Vallum Associates is seeking a highly skilled Confluence Kafka SME to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions using Confluent Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Integration Solutions: You will design and implement integration solutions using Confluent Kafka, ensuring optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions.
  • Perform Data Related Benchmarking: You will perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis, and tuning to ensure the optimal performance of our solutions.
  • Strong Hands-on Experience: You will have strong hands-on experience in designing integration solutions using Kafka and be aware of integration best practices for data streaming solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge on APIs: You will have strong knowledge on different APIs exposed by Kafka to handle the integration, data streaming, and for data management.
  • Design Deployment Architecture: You will design deployment architecture for Kafka solutions, ensuring high availability and stability.
  • Kafka Deployment and Configuration: You will have solid hands-on experience in Kafka deployment and configuration, including production deployment, invoking Kafka components as background processes, configuration, troubleshooting, and environment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 13+ Years of Experience: You will have over 13+ years of experience in different integration technologies, streaming technologies, and Kafka.
  • Confluent Kafka Experience: You will have solid understanding of Kafka architecture and experience in using Confluent Kafka.
  • Java Background: You will have good experience in Java background.
  • Kafka Ecosystem: You will have strong awareness of Kafka ecosystem, Zookeeper, Kafka cluster, Kafka broker, producer, consumer, Connectors, Schema registry, different APIs, Kafka Topic, etc.
