About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist in the Surgical Assessment Unit at Ipswich Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent support to medical and nursing staff, assisting with patient care and ensuring seamless flow through our surgical assessment unit and division.

You will work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, including supporting patients with daily living activities and participating in cardiac arrest response teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing situations. You will be part of a well-established team and contribute to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working within an acute care hospital setting
  • A completed Care Certificate or willingness to complete within 3 months
  • Critical Care HCA Competency Programme
