Leaman Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced nanny to join our client's household in Holland Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare to two young children, aged 1.5 and 3 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare to two children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational activities to promote cognitive development and social skills.
- Establish and maintain a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
- Assist with evening and bedtime routines, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.
- Communicate effectively with the children's parents, keeping them informed of daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in childcare, with a focus on toddlers and young children.
- Ability to manage two children simultaneously, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Good understanding of child development, with a focus on educational play.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent routine.
- Self-employed status is preferred.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a bonus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, after-school hours.
- 2/3 days per week, full days.
- Friday only, 12:30-7PM, with occasional extra hours for babysitting and holidays.
Location:
Holland Park, London.
Salary:
£20-25 gross per hour, depending on experience.
