Position: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Flintshire

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing company, where the ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather information for product specifications and create them on the system.
  2. Price orders using the customer pricing structure.
  3. Attend new job meetings with production managers.
  4. Enter customer deliveries and optimize transport.
  5. Calculate product quantities required and generate purchase orders.
  6. Manage aged stock and finished goods stocks.
  7. Maintain product control documents.
  8. Accurately maintain product specification documents.
  9. Provide customer requested information, such as stock reports.
  10. Attend customer visits (on-site or off-site).
  11. Effectively manage customer service issues.
  12. Resolve invoice queries.
Requirements

Educational qualifications demonstrating proficiency at 'A' Level standard.

Excellent IT and analytical skills.

Intermediate level Excel skills.
