Become an Agri-Industry Professional at OKO-tech Umweltservice GmbH and take on the challenge of leading our New York/New England territory. As a Technical Agronomist III, you will play a key role in helping us achieve or exceed established regional and territory sales targets by enabling the sales team's expertise to position the full Bayer portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field scale testing programs, including field testing of commercial Bayer seed products and Ground Breaker trials for new product launches from all platforms;
- Collaborate with Seed Dealers/growers to plant trials, collect required data, maintain and harvest trials;
- Provide technical support and training for seed dealers and Bayer sales team;
- Work with Bayer sales team to achieve local business objectives through technical support, consultation, and training;
- Establish and execute effective communication and training strategies with Seed Dealers;
- Create annual Agronomy Business Plan for communication/alignment with Sales Team with strategies and prioritized activities to achieve business objectives;
- Participate actively in local portfolio management and future year forecasting;
- Assume Sales Team and/or Agronomy Team project leadership role(s);

About the Role:
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This posting will be available for application until further notice.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related discipline;
- Experience in agronomy, sales, field development, or research and development roles;
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (a bag of seed);
- Valid driver's license and meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers;
- Possess a DOT Driver medical card or the ability to obtain one through successfully completing and passing a DOT physical.
