Job Description

Employment Advisor Role

We are seeking a proactive Employment Advisor to assist individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers to employment, as well as support those on sick leave in their return to work.

Duties:

  • Managing a caseload of clients and providing tailored support to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to overcome barriers to employment and promote successful job placement.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting on client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
