Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join our market-leading team in Liverpool. As a Senior Associate, you will work on complex contentious and non-contentious matters, including general employment advisory work, handling complex tribunal claims, and advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues.

About the Role: You will be a qualified solicitor with upwards of 5 years' PQE and strong experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will also have the ability to work effectively in a national team, ideally experience of overseeing junior lawyers and paralegals, and self-motivated, commercially minded with an interest in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of complex employment matters, including general employment advisory work and handling complex tribunal claims.
  • Advise on reorganisation and redundancy issues, and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment matters.
  • Supervise and delegate work to junior lawyers and paralegals as appropriate.
