Job Title: Surgical Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Instrument Specialist to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
  • Monitor, maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
  • Participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A 5% performance bonus, and generous shift allowances if you work overtime/unsociable hours Plus a higher cost of living allowance if you work in London.

  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
