Job Title: Associate Director/Associate, Securitized Products Sales

About the Role:

The Securitized Products Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by developing and executing sales strategies for securitized products in the European market. As an Associate Director/Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, working closely with product development, trading, and other affiliated groups to achieve business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for market share expansion
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the firm's securitized product capabilities and build relationships with key industry participants

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree a plus but not necessary)
  • Good experience with CLO structuring/sales/syndication
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Proven track record of success in securitized product sales in the European markets
  • Client-focused mindset and deep understanding of the structured credit markets and investor base
