Marston's PLC is seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to run the Tafarn Morlais, a popular family pub in Llangennech, near Llanelli. As a self-employed licensee, you will have the opportunity to drive the business forward and capitalize on its strong drinks trade and food operation.

The pub boasts a cozy bar area and a large lounge/dining room, both serviced from a well-equipped commercial kitchen. With a large car park and a great outside area, this is an ideal location to build a loyal customer base and increase sales.

We are looking for an experienced operator who can lead from the front, demonstrating exceptional customer service and strong networking skills to engage with local businesses and organizations. Your goal will be to boost sales and drive the Tafarn Morlais to reach its full potential.
