Breakfast Club Assistant Job Description

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 3.75 hours per week, Term Time Only

Location: Various schools throughout Neath Port Talbot County Borough

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Breakfast Club Assistants. As part of our commitment to providing free, healthy breakfasts to children of primary school age, you will play a vital role in the preparation and serving of breakfast and the supervision of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the catering team within the school.
  • Assist the Breakfast Club Cook in the preparation of breakfast, setting up for service, supervision of pupils and general kitchen duties, to the agreed standards.
  • Comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, who are able to comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and who are able to work to a high standard. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure (Child's) from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
