IC Resources is seeking a talented and motivated RF IC Design Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge wireless communication technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RF Integrated Circuits (ICs) in CMOS and SiGe BiCMOS processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative sub-6G RF IC solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop critical RF circuit blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, filters, high-speed multiplexers, dividers, bias circuits, bandgap references, and fractional N PLLs.
  • Leverage your proficiency in SiGe & CMOS technologies to implement high-performance RF circuitry.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designed components.
  • Produce comprehensive design documentation and support product evaluation efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in RF IC design with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of analog and RF design principles, including mismatch, linearity, stability, and noise.
  • Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso tools is essential.
  • Experience with SiGe Bipolar and/or CMOS processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
