Digital Assistant Solutions Manager

As a Digital Assistant Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our new Digital Assistant initiative. This cutting-edge technology aims to enhance customer self-service capabilities, AI assistance for advisors, and open a channel of choice for our customers.
Role OverviewThe Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Digital Assistant initiative, from initial concept and design through to deployment and continuous improvement. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and ensuring the Digital Assistant meets the needs of both the business and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with UX designers to gather and analyze customer feedback and validate assumptions on new features.
- Coordinate with software developers and engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of the Digital Assistant.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure the Digital Assistant performs as expected.
- Provide training and support to relevant Customer Care teams on how to effectively use the Digital Assistant.
- Gather and analyze insights to continuously refine and enhance the Digital Assistant.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in delivering customer-facing Digital Assistants and AI solutions for advisors.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and provide recommendations based on data insight.
- Experience of agile methodology and tools.
- Experience of writing detailed user stories.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000-£80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
