The Asbestos & Mesothelioma Team

The Industrial Disease team, led by Isobel Lovett, is a key unit dedicated to Asbestos-related claims and Mesothelioma. The team's expertise and client care have earned them recognition as a 'first-class litigator' by The Legal 500.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned practitioner with a focus on Asbestos-related claims or Industrial Diseases (excluding deafness and VWF claims). The ideal candidate will possess technical excellence, a network of connections, and a commitment to a collegiate approach to legal practice.

The successful candidate will work mainly from home, drawing on their local network to generate work for the team. A part-time arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements
  • Technical excellence in the Asbestos/Mesothelioma practice area or other Industrial Disease work
  • Experience working with a firm respected in the field of Industrial Disease
  • A network of connections and relationships within the broader Asbestos community or within the Industrial Disease community
  • An established network of medical and other professionals who will signpost cases to the applicant
  • A commitment to a collegiate approach to legal practice
