Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Value Stream Testing Strategy, Plan, and RAID for all VS initiatives.
- Ensure the overall approach for test delivery and QA within the Value Stream is in line with the TMO functions and Services.
- Develop and execute Test strategy, Test plan, and test cases.
- Utilize knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarize with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
- Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders.
- Possess strong domain knowledge of the London Markets.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Testing and Test Management.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating and executing Test strategy, Test plan, and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
