SEN Teaching Assistant Role in Kidderminster

i-teachers is working with a highly regarded SEN provision school in the Kidderminster area to find a thoughtful and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their learning support department.

Role Information & Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized and small group SEN support to students with complex learning difficulties, primarily Autism.
  • Work across Key Stage 1 and 2 age demographics.
  • Support students with a range of needs, including those with complex learning difficulties.
  • Full-time Monday to Friday role with flexible working hours.
  • Access to FREE online CPD courses in Mental Health, Behaviour, and SEN.
  • Paid £450 per week during term time.
  • Contracted role from September to July 2025.
Applicant Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Sociology.
  • Previous experience supporting young children.
  • Passionate about progressing into a SEN-specific career.
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual with excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • *NO UK Visa sponsorship available for this role.*
