Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Building Careers UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cost control and value management strategies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost control and value management strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, including subcontractor management and cash flow.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage variation accounts and forecast final accounts.
