Multi Skilled Horticultural Technician

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Technician to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and install interior and exterior plant displays, including gardening, high-level hanging baskets, and plant maintenance.
  • Work at height and promote our core values with great customer care and professionalism.
  • Follow planned routes and use PDA devices to confirm job requirements, attendance, and manage site access issues.
  • Utilize the tools and equipment provided to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months, with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years.
  • Preferred qualifications include PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
  • A trailer license can be beneficial.
