At JLL, we're committed to hiring talented individuals who share our passion for shaping the future of real estate. Our Residential Valuation business is seeking an Associate to join our Development & UK BTR Valuation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuing residential development and Build to Rent assets, with a focus on complex instructions and client relationships. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Directors to deliver high-quality valuations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential development and BTR valuations, with a focus on complex instructions and client relationships.
  • Work closely with Directors to deliver high-quality valuations and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification and at least 3+ years' PQE.
  • RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Experience in valuing residential property assets using comparison, residual, investment capitalisation, and DCF approaches.
  • Fluent user of MS Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
