Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly committed School Business Manager to support the Head teacher in the day-to-day running of the school. The successful candidate will have a robust background in Finance, ER, and HR, and will be able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills.

• Provide financial management and administration support to the school
• Manage the school's budget and resources effectively
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the school
• Lead a team of administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure a positive and productive school environment

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of financial management and administration, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
