About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of coffee drinks to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Able to lift and carry heavy objects, such as coffee equipment and supplies
