Our Investment Management teams work with private individuals, charities, and institutions to help achieve their financial aspirations. We do this by understanding their wider financial assets, their requirements and objectives, attitude to risk and time-horizons to create and manage the most suitable investment portfolios.

What We Offer

As an Investment Management Associate, you will be learning a well-respected profession at a firm with an unparalleled reputation. You'll work on front office investment management tasks alongside studying for the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and CISI's Masters in Wealth Management qualifications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Partners and Directors with regular portfolio reviews
  • Undertaking analysis of companies and collective investment schemes and relaying this information to the firm-wide Investment Managers
  • Attending investment meetings, internal/external seminars and regulatory briefings
  • Drafting client correspondence, e.g. performance summaries, market overviews and other ad-hoc queries
  • Loading up client trades on portfolios
  • Communicating with other Advisers on client matters e.g. Financial Planners, Tax Advisers and Solicitors
  • Liaising with Investment Settlement Operations and Treasury departments on administrative matters, e.g. stock transfers, corporate actions, international payments
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be committed to completing the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and CISI's Masters in Wealth Management qualifications
  • Have obtained or be predicted a minimum 2:1 degree, in any discipline
  • A Level: Minimum 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies
  • GCSE: Minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent), in English Language and Maths respectively
