Multiskilled Tradesperson

CRP Group is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Tradesperson to work with one of their clients, an experienced construction firm undertaking property maintenance and development across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Operations Specialist to join a team based in Kingston upon Hull, working on contracts in the North East. The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week and benefit from a van and fuel card for personal use.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Repairing, renewing, and fitting roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys, as well as soffit, fascia, and barge board maintenance.
• Repairing and renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
• Repairing and renewing doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
• Repairing and renewing kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
• Repairing, replacing, and fitting ironmongery to doors and windows.
• Repairing and renewing timber and UPVC window frames.
• Reglazing timber fencing and gates.
• Carrying out multiple trade activities, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing tasks.

The successful candidate will have served a recognised Apprenticeship and hold a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ L2/L3.
